About Aldea de Santa Fe:

Aldea de Santa Fe is a planned 345-acre community close to downtown Santa Fe. It is located Northwest of Santa Fe off of Highway 599 approximately 8 miles from Santa Fe Plaza and minutes from the world-famous Canyon Road art Galleries. Aldea is also only a few miles from the City Municipal Recreation Complex, including the award winning Marty Sanchez public golf course.

Created by world-renowned designer and planner Andres Duany as a New Urbanist community, Aldea consists of 479 residential lots with housing options that include single-family homes, town homes, and patio homes. Commercial live/work units surround the plaza as part of the New Urbanist design. Aldea has 205 acres of perpetual open space and boasts extensive walking trails, picturesque parks and a children's park.

The Homeowners Association

Aldea de Santa Fe has a homeowners association governed by a Board of Directors that provides multiple community services. These include strategic community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, community events, accounting and finance, operation and maintenance of recreation facilities.  A full-time on-site manager and assistant manager from HOAMCO facilitate the performance of day-to-day community operations.
