Pickleball at Aldea

With the recent maintenance on our tennis court came the addition of striping for a single pickleball court.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US and is played by all ages. Former racquetball, table tennis, and tennis players find it quite easy to pick up but even people who have never played a sport can quickly gain expertise and enjoy a game that is low impact, medium-level exertion and, especially – FUN!!! The game is usually played by two teams of doubles and after each game, the teams change members. A big part of playing is the social aspect where you get to meet new people and potentially new friends.

If you think you might be interested in getting involved in playing this fun game please click on this short YouTube video to learn the basics of playing the game.
